HELPFUL INFORMATION
**This section is a work in progress**
We are working on providing information and building resources for families and loved ones fighting brain cancer.
OUR STORY
Our founders' husband/brother-in-law passed away from glioblastoma brain cancer on August 2, 2016. During the 17 months he fought this horrible disease, he and his family had to battle on many fronts including learning about disability insurance, life insurance, powers of attorney, and more. Just how do you navigate the healthcare system, hospice care and social security? OutsmartBC was the brain child of this experience so that other families can benefit from what Joe's family had to learn.
Outsmart's mission is to provide resources, support and compassion to families navigating brain cancer.
Please join us in helping these families and their brain cancer warriors.
PLEASE STAY TUNED AS WE CONTINUE TO BUILD THE OUTSMART BRAIN CANCER WEBSITE.
